GAUDIUM “IGT Toscana Rosato produced from organic farming in the
hills of San Gimignano, from pink and balanced flavor and fresh.

| Vinification | Hand selection and collection of grapes into small crates in order to preserve the integrity of the cluster until the transfer to the cellar.
